User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for your account, your quizzes, and the outcomes of your sessions. This includes how you configure questions, scoring, and participant access. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Ensure you have rights to all content you upload, including third-party images, audio, or trademarks. Comply with applicable laws and obtain participant consent where required.
User-Generated Content
All content created or shared through the service is your responsibility. We provide the platform but do not pre-screen or monitor every quiz. We do not review or endorse user content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or legality. You are responsible for moderation and any damages, claims, or disputes arising from your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz App and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
